Effective management and supervision is provided by experienced, certified personnel. Management personnel are also given the opportunity to attend leadership training and workshops.
By providing a corporate Operations Manager to each project, Priority One Services ensures corporate support and oversight for each client. The Operations Manager works closely with the on-site Manager to provide feedback on management, assistance with contractual compliance and guidance on company policies.

Priority One Services provides an innovative and comprehensive
